Context and Objectives
The construction sector is undergoing major changes, driven by technological innovation, digitalization, and a growing focus on environmental sustainability. Dry construction systems offer an effective response to these challenges, reducing environmental impact, improving work quality, and increasing site efficiency.
However, the European region shows significant differences in terms of innovative techniques implementation and related vocational training.
In light of this, European Ediltrophy is meant to:
- Promote the implementation of dry construction systems and related capacity development
- Develop innovative training programs for workers and technicians, adaptable to different national contexts.
- Encourage the use of digital tools and new technologies in the design and construction of dry structures.
- Introduce the Gaming Ediltrophy for technicians and workers as an innovative methodology suitable for further replication within the European region and different productive sectors.
- Promote vocational training and employment opportunities within the construction sector for disadvantaged cathegories (migrants, vulnerable groups, and long-term unemployed individuals)
- Strengthen the cooperation among training entities, the private sector, and relevant organizations towards a sustainable sectoral development .
Methodology and Expected Results
